Michael Jordan Spotted Wearing Custom URWERK UR-220 at the NBA 2022 All-Star Game

The All-Time greatest Player has a thing for Custom URWERK watches

From Beats by Dre headphones to Nike sneakers and even watches, fashion has been a part of the NBA for a while. During the 2022 All-Star Game hosted by the Cleveland Cavaliers, the great Michael Jordan was in attendance. Jordan was also among the stars present at halftime when the NBA paid tribute to its 75th Anniversary Team.

The 59-year-old was in high spirits as he could be seen greeting and embracing players like LeBron James and former teammate Dennis Rodman. From the photos, watch writer and expert watch spotter @niccoloy noted the six-time NBA champion wore a custom URWERK to the game.

On Jordan's wrist was a black carbon UR-220. The watch notably had red Arabic hour numerals on the satellites and a red minute scale. We believe the color choice was a homage to his illustrious Chicago Bulls career. The UR-220 had only been available with green and yellow markings in URWERK's collection.

The $162,000 watch also had Jordan's jersey number 23 at the 12 o'clock position, below the crown. The number was filled in gold and stylized as the Roman numeral "XXIIII." This reminds us of another custom URWERK he was spotted with last year with a similar "XXIIII" engraving. The blue version of the UR-220 was worn by Jordan to a race at Sonoma Raceway in June 2021.
