Since its 2019 debut, the Alpine Eagle has evolved from the 1980s Chopard St. Moritz into a diverse line featuring various materials and complications. The Sunburnt edition adds a unique twist to this already successful range.

This limited edition of just 20 pieces showcases a red gradient dial with an iris texture reminiscent of the Australian landscape, offering depth and interplay with light. Adding to its uniqueness, each piece features a hand-painted motif by artist Shaun Daniel Allen (Shal) on both the display case back and the wooden watch box, making each set a one-of-a-kind collector's item.

Chopard continues its tradition of ethical practices and charitable contributions by donating a portion of the Sunburnt's proceeds to the Ngunya Jarjum Aboriginal Corporation. This collaboration with Shal, who has an Aboriginal heritage, aligns with the brand's commitment to social responsibility.

The Alpine Eagle 41 Sunburnt is housed in a 41mm × 47mm Lucent Steel case, known for its durability and 9.7mm thickness. It boasts a 100-meter water resistance, making it as functional as it is stylish. The timepiece features a date window at 4:30 and is powered by Chopard's in-house 01.01 C automatic movement with a 60-hour power reserve and COSC chronometer certification.

Priced at AU$27,500 (approximately €16,500), the Alpine Eagle 41 Sunburnt offers a small premium for its exclusivity and charitable contribution, making it a desirable addition for collectors and philanthropists alike.
